Returns Policy & Waranty

If you would like to return an item, please contact us first .  We will assess and authorise your return and provide further instructions on how to get it back to us.

Unwanted Items

We offer a 14 day returns policy on all items.  Unwanted items must be returned in brand new, unopened and unused condition, complete with all original packaging and accessories. 

Buyers must notify us of any returns within 14 days of the original purchase date.  From this date items must be returned to our office address within a further 14days.  Return postage will be at the buyer’s own cost.   Please use a suitably recorded/insured postal service when returning items.

Any express/upgrade P&P charges paid by the buyer will not be refunded.

Faulty Items

We offer a 1 year warranty on all items, where faulty items may be returned to us within 1 calendar year of the original purchase date.  Faulty items will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion.  The cost of return postage will be will either be pre-paid by us, or we will alternatively reimburse the buyer for this cost.  In this instance, the postal service must be first approved before the return is sent. 

In cases where problems can be rectified with a spare part, we will aim to provide this if possible to avoid inconvenience.
